USER NAME AND PASSWORD ISSUES:
Expired License:
Select either New License or Renewal and
follow the prompts.
Licenses expired for more than 30 days cannot be renewed!
Problem entering your User Name and Password:
Forward the original License email we sent you to our support department. We will check your User Name and Password for validity
and email you further instructions.

- First Name
- Last Name
- NOD32 User Name - this begins with AV-
Your User Name can be found in the NOD32 Control
Center>Update>Setup and in the License we emailed you when you purchased
or renewed NOD32.
